Ohad Darshan is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and music producer living in the heart of Jerusalem, Israel.
From the moment he picked up a guitar at the age of 13, he was already writing songs. In high school, he was writing a lot of songs, most of which sounded like they were parodies of themselves but the important part is that he was writing, a lot. After high school, Ohad studied music at the internationally acclaimed “Rimon Music School” and later at Yoav Gera's “school of Sound”.
Over time, Darshan has played with and produced for a wide range of some of Israel’s finest musicians, the likes of who include Ishay Ribo, Akiva, Idan Amedi, Eden Meiri, the Portnoy Brothers and Orian Shukron.
In 2018, Ohad and Itai Bar, who he had formed an instant songwriting connection with back in school, released an album together called "Im" (Hebrew for “If”). In 2023, Ohad released his debut album "Maturing again". Since then and currently, Ohad is working on new songs that will be released in the coming year.
Ohad's music ranges from melodic rock to oriental Israeli music with hints of so many other textures effortlessly laced in between. His songs range from lyrics which deal with the inner struggles of mental health, the journey from adolescence to adulthood, growth, and naturally even a few songs that address  the complexities of the social situation in Israel.
